From 21st to 25th January 2023, Sigep Rimini exhibition comes back! The 44th Gelato, Pastry, Bakery and Coffee International show.

Tecnomac will be there, at stand 080 – Pav. B1, with blast chillers, refrigerated cabinets, retarder provers and all cold technologies innovations.

Furthermore, a new chapter of Sweet Challenge will wait for you!
This year, it will be Flower Power edition, with 8 irresistible live competitions and show cooking themed croissants, mono-portions, pralines, ice-creams and sorbets!
Tecnomac will be guided by Serena Di Valentino.
Born in 1992, she worked for years as pastry chef in Capri restaurants.
She’s in love with the modern pastry and specialized in artisanal ice cream, so she will bring with her to Rimini the warmth and elegance of the Amalfi Coast.

Here is the calendar of all the challenges:

SATURDAY 21 JANUARY

ore 10.00 – GOOD MORNING SIGEP! – Theme show: croissants (colours, flavours, shapes, toppings, decorations)
ore 15.00 – CRAZY HEART! – Creativity show: San Valentine’s mono-portions (best chocolate or strawberry mousses decorations)

SUNDAY 22 JANUARY

ore 10.00 – PRALINES SURPRISES – Creativity show: pralines with particular ganache’s flavours
ore 15.00 – ALL YOU NEED IS ICE CREAM – Mystery box: classic sorbet

MONDAY 23 JANUARY

ore 10.00 – GOOD MORNING SIGEP! – Theme show: croissants (colours, flavours, shapes, toppings, decorations)
ore 15.00 – A SPANISH TRIP – Creativity show: Catalan cream in a special variant

TUESDAY 24 JANUARY

ore 10.00 – PRALINES SURPRISES – Creativity show: pralines with particular ganache’s flavours
ore 15.00 – ALL YOU NEED IS ICE CREAM – Mystery box: salty/gastronomy ice cream
