Once again, Tecnomac and Hiber are taking part in the Sweet Challenge: from January 18 to 22, the two companies will be protagonists of 8 competitions on leavened products, chocolate, single-portion desserts, gelato, and sorbets, held every day at 10:30 AM and 3:00 PM. Additionally, don’t miss the live demonstrations at 4:30 PM on pizza, focaccia, gelato, and semifreddi.
